APPLICATION AND RESUME STRATEGY FOR AMAZON
Start Here: Choose the Correct Amazon Application Route
Amazon uses different application routes for different job families. Use the route that matches the type of role you want; doing this first prevents candidates from creating the wrong profile or searching in the wrong portal. The yellow-highlighted phrases below are active links that take you directly to the relevant official starting point.
Route A – Professional, Corporate, Technical, Student and Many Customer-Service Roles
Start by creating or accessing your Amazon Jobs profile. Click “Create Your Amazon Jobs Profile. Then use search Amazon Jobs to search by job title or keyword and location. Open the job description, confirm the basic qualifications, and use the Apply button on the posting to begin the role-specific application.
Route B – Entry-Level Hourly Warehouse and Operations Roles
For U.S. hourly operations roles, begin with Search Hourly and Warehouse Jobs. Search by location, review the available shift and schedule, and select the live posting that fits you. If you already have an hourly candidate account, use Hourly Candidate Profile / Login to continue an application, review your profile, or return to a job you have already started.
Route C – Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Driver Roles
Candidates interested in delivery driving should use Search DSP Delivery Driver Jobs. These drivers work for independent Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), so the hiring path is separate from a direct Amazon warehouse or corporate application. Read the employer and location details carefully before submitting.
